REFUND POLICY

Returns
If you are a DVD Locker subscriber, you have a chance to swap your movies before they are dispatched to you. Once dispatched, no returns can be made.
Only faulty discs may be returned for a like-for-like replacement. Vouchers can not be returned and are non-refundable.


Faulty Returns
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled or paused at anytime. If you cancel your subscription mid-way, your account will be cancelled immediately and no refund shall be given. Movie subscriptions are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges once shipped and can only be swapped in the period shown in your account. In the event that your movies are returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect or invalid mailing address due to your error, then we can either Issue you a refund less the cost of delivery or we can dispatch your movies to your corrected address after you pay the shipping fee for us to re-send your movies.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
